Most people do not like to eat Arbi. Some people in your house may also not like to eat Arbi. In such a situation, you can make Arbi in a different way so that everyone eats it with pleasure. Here we are telling you how to make Arbi. The method of making it is as follows….
Ingredients:-
3 cups Arbi, boiled and peeled
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt according to taste
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan and fry the Arbi pieces on medium flame till they turn golden. When they turn golden, take them out and keep them in a plate.
If there is excess oil in the pan, remove it from it and leave some oil in the pan. Heat oil and add carom seeds and mustard seeds and fry them. When carom seeds and mustard seeds start crackling, add fried arbi pieces, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Now keep stirring them while frying on medium flame and cook for 2 minutes. Arbi ki Chatpati Sabzi is ready to serve.
