Internet Desk. Aloo ki sabzi is made in every house, if you do not want to make simple aloo ki sabzi, then you can make dahi wale aloo by adding curd to the potatoes. Dahi wale aloo is a mixture of curry and vegetable. It can be easily prepared in less time. Let us tell you the recipe of making dahi wale aloo…………………….
Ingredients:
Potato – half a kilo boiled
Curd – 2 cups
Cumin seeds – half a teaspoon
Mustard seeds – half a teaspoon
Oil – two tablespoons
Turmeric powder – half a teaspoon
Coriander powder – one teaspoon
Red chilli powder – half a teaspoon
Green coriander – two tablespoons chopped
Salt according to taste
Method:
First of all heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it, after mustard seeds and cumin seeds are fried, add red chilli, coriander, turmeric powder and salt to it, now add mashed potatoes to it and mix the spices well in these potatoes.
Now add curd and water in a bowl and whisk it well and pour this solution into the potatoes and boil on low flame till they are cooked. When the vegetable is ready, sprinkle green coriander on it. Serve hot curd potato curry with roti.
