π₯Gajar ka Halwa Recipe
π Ingredients:
Red Carrots β 1 kg (grated)
Full Cream Milk β 1 liter
Ghee β 4β5 tablespoons
Sugar β ΒΎ cup (or to taste)
Khoya (Mawa) β 200 grams
Cashews β 10β12 (chopped)
Almonds β 10β12 (chopped)
Raisins β 1β2 teaspoons
Cardamom Powder β Β½ teaspoon

π©βπ³ Instructions:
First, wash and peel the carrots and grate them.
Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil. Add the grated carrots.
Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until the milk is almost completely absorbed by the carrots.
Now add the ghee and sautΓ© for 5β7 minutes, until the carrots turn slightly golden.
Next, add the sugar and continue stirring. The halwa will become a little loose after adding the sugar; let it thicken again.
Now add the khoya, cardamom powder, and dry fruits and mix well.
Cook for another 3β4 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Serve the hot carrot halwa garnished with chopped nuts. You can also serve it with vanilla ice cream.
