Ingredients:-
Corn – 4-5 peeled
Butter – 4 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Lemon
Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
Black pepper powder – half teaspoon
Chat masala – 2 tablespoons
Method
First of all, cut the corn into small pieces and cook them in steam. Cooking corn in steam will keep its taste and nutrition. Mix red chilli powder, black pepper powder and chaat masala in a bowl, cut the lemon into pieces. When the corn is cooked, add lemon juice, masala, coriander leaves and butter to it and mix well. Serve the corn hot.
