Potatoes – 8 (chopped)
Cottage cheese – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Green coriander – 2 teaspoons
Oil
Salt as per taste
Method: –
First of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them and keep them in a vessel and add one teaspoon of oil, salt, chilli, garlic, lemon juice and grated cheese and mix.
After this, pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees centigrade and bake them well. When they are cooked, take them out of the oven, garnish them with green coriander, squeeze lemon and serve with sauce or chutney.
