Ghee

Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Method –
To make Kuttu ki Pakodi, first sift the buckwheat flour into a bowl. Boil or finely chop the potatoes. If you have boiled the potatoes, peel them after they cool and break them into small pieces. Add the potatoes, green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, and a little water to the buckwheat flour.

The dough should not be too wet. Heat ghee in a pan. Add small dumplings to the hot oil and fry until golden and crisp. Prepare all the dumplings in this manner. Offer them to the Goddess and eat the hot dumplings with green coriander chutney or yogurt.
