Ingredients:-
Potatoes – 5 boiled
Makhana – 100 grams
Green chilli – one finely chopped
Black pepper powder – one teaspoon
Falahari salt
Ghee
Method:-
To make Aloo Makhana Sabzi, first of all put Makhana in a pan and heat them and after that grind them coarsely in a mixer.
Now heat ghee in a pan, when ghee is hot, add green chillies to it, then peel potatoes and add them and add some water, when the vegetable starts boiling, add makhana, falahari salt and black pepper powder to it.
Let the vegetable cook well on low flame, your aloo makhana ki sabzi is ready. You can eat it with buckwheat or rajgiri puri. If you want, you can also add finely chopped coriander and tomatoes to it. This makes this vegetable even more tasty.
