Ingredients:-

Flour – half kg
Urad dal – one cup soaked
Sugar powder – half teaspoon
Fennel powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Whole red chilli – 3
Whole coriander – one teaspoon
Asafoetida – a pinch
Oil
Salt according to taste

Method

To make Radhavallabhi Puri, first of all soak the urad dal for about 4 hours and after that drain its water and spread it in a dry cloth, so that all its water is drained.

After this, put it in the mixer and grind it coarsely. After this, mix some ghee and salt in the flour and knead the dough.

Keep this dough covered for half an hour. After this, put cumin, coriander, fennel, chilli and asafoetida in a pan and fry them lightly and after this put the spices in the mixer and grind them.

Now heat oil in the same pan and put the prepared masala in the oil and fry it well, after this add ground lentils, sugar and salt to it.

Mix it well. Now break a dough ball and roll it and fill one spoon of stuffing in it. Prepare all the puris in this way.

When you heat oil in the pan and fry these puris, your Radhavallabh Puri is ready, serve hot.
