Ingredients:-

Fenugreek – 100 grams

Onion – half cup

Green garlic – one fourth cup (finely chopped)

Green chilli – one fourth cup (finely chopped)

Green onion – one fourth cup (finely chopped)

Cumin – one teaspoon

Bread crumbs – one cup

Salt according to taste

Oil

Method:-

To make methi chapli kabab, first heat oil in a vessel and when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry it. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add green garlic, green chilli, green onion and fry it.

After this, add bread crumbs and other ingredients to it and wet your hands and make flat tikkis of this mixture. Now apply oil on a non-stick pan or tawa and fry these tikkis well.

Methi chapli kabab is ready, serve them with sauce. If you want, you can also serve these with evening tea.
