Mustafizur Rahman to play in Pakistan Super League

Karachi/New Delhi. Bangladesh’s star fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman, who went unsold in the IPL 2026 auction, has found a new opportunity in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Mustafizur has been signed by a PSL franchise and will be seen playing on Pakistani soil in the upcoming season.

Mustafizur’s fans were disappointed when no team bid for him in the IPL auction. However, the PSL has given him a chance to prove himself again on the international stage. Known for his lethal slower balls and tight bowling in the death overs, Mustafizur will be challenging many top batsmen in the PSL.

According to the PSL franchise management, the team expects Mustafizur to strengthen their bowling attack. His experience and versatility, especially in the T20 format, could prove beneficial for the team.

Mustafizur will participate in the PSL after obtaining the necessary permission from the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). Cricket experts believe that a good performance in the PSL could once again attract the attention of the IPL and other global leagues.

Now, all eyes are on how Mustafizur Rahman performs in the PSL and whether this league proves to be a turning point in his career.
