Jaipur: Eight people died in a collision between a roadways bus and a car on Thursday afternoon in the Mokhampura police station area of ​​Dudu district of Jaipur. On receiving information about the incident, ADM Gopal Parihar and Naib Tehsildar reached the spot. Police and administration conducted a rescue operation and took out the injured and took them to the hospital. The accident happened due to the bursting of the car’s tire. The accident took place at Mokhampura on Jaipur-Ajmer highway at around 3:45 pm on Thursday.

According to the police, a fierce collision took place between a roadways bus and a car near Bamboriya ki Dhani in Mokhampura on National Highway 48. 8 people died in this accident. After this incident, a huge crowd of people gathered at the spot. The collision was so severe that the car was blown to pieces and all the people in it died. It is being told that after the incident, the local people along with the police helped in taking out the people trapped in the car. However, the incident was so terrible that no one could be saved.

SP Anand Kumar Sharma said that the roadways bus was going from Jaipur to Ajmer. The eco car was coming from Ajmer to Jaipur. Meanwhile, the tire of the roadways bus suddenly burst. Due to this the bus became uncontrollable. It jumped the divider and hit the car coming from the other side. The eco car was badly crushed in the accident. All the eight people sitting inside it died on the spot. All the people in the car were residents of Bhilwara. The age of the deceased is between 30 to 50 years. The people in the car were going to Kumbh.

The car passengers were going to Mahakumbh

The deceased were identified as Dinesh Kumar son of Madanlal Regar, Bablu Mewada son of Madan Mewada, Kishan son of Shri Janaki Lal, Ravikant son of Madanlal, Babu Regar son of Madanlal, Narayan resident Badliyas (Bhilwara) and Pramod Suthar son of Moolchand resident Mukundpuriya (Bhilwara). Efforts are on to identify one body. According to the information, all the people living in Kotdi area of ​​​​Bhilwara district were going from Bhilwara to Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) for Mahakumbh.

According to the police, the bus of Jodhpur depot was coming from Jaipur. The front tire of the driver’s side of the bus burst, due to which the bus crossed the divider and went to the other side. The bodies trapped in the car were taken out with great difficulty. After this, the police was informed.
