Mumbai : Rajkamal Films International (RKFI) and Sony Pictures International Productions are proud to announce that our much-awaited project “Amaran”, will hit the screens this Diwali, 31st October 2024. Tamil Nadu theatrical distribution will be done by Red Giant Movies.
Written and directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, the film is an action emotional drama set in the breathtaking landscapes of Kashmir. Amaran stars Prince Sivakarthikeyan in an unprecedented avatar. Sai Pallavi has also played a wonderful role on screen, adding emotional depth to the film.
The top notch technical team includes music director G V Prakash, production designer Rajeevan, cinematographer CH Sai, editors R Kalaivanan and Stefan Richter along with action director Anbariv Masters.
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, Shri R. Produced by Mahendran and Sony Pictures International Productions and co-produced by God Bless Entertainment, the film is based on the chapter “Major Varadarajan” from the book “India’s Most Fearless” written by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
After the 2022 blockbuster hit “Vikram”, Amaran is coming, which reaffirms RKFI’s dedication to push boundaries and enthrall audiences across the country. Netflix has acquired the digital rights for Amaran.
