Ingredients:-


Spinach – 4 cups chopped
Paneer – 200 grams
Oil – 3 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomatoes – (cup finely chopped)
Black salt – (tsp)
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp


Salt according to taste
Cream – 2 tsp
For onion paste
Onion – 1 cup
Sliced ​​cashews – (cup)
Green chillies – 5

Method :-

First of all, put finely chopped onion, cashews, green chillies and 1 cup water in a pan and cook for 15 minutes. When the onion becomes soft and the water dries up, keep it aside to cool.

Now wash the spinach and put it in water and boil it for a while. After boiling, After that wash the spinach with cold water.

Then blend the onion and other ingredients well in a mixer and keep them aside. Also put the spinach in the blender and grind it.

Now heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and stir.

Now add chopped tomatoes and onion paste and cook for 2 minutes. Then add spinach paste to it.

Let it boil for some time. After that add black salt, kasuri methi, garam masala and salt and mix.

Finally add paneer pieces to it and mix well. Palak paneer is ready, serve it hot with chapati.
