Mumbai. The vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a new impetus to the Ministry of AYUSH and against this backdrop, the Association of Ayurvedic Practitioners (AAP) has organized the first-ever AAPCON 2025 “Ayurveda Parv” Conference and Exhibition in Mumbai. This conference, popularly known as Ayurveda Parv, is the 5th International and 14th National Conference of the Ministry of AYUSH this year and will be held from 5th to 7th April 2025 at Hotel Taj Lands End, Bandra West. The conference will include exhibitions, free health check-ups and seminars.
Based on the concept of ‘Ayurveda Jagat Setu’ (Ayurveda: Bridge to World Health), renowned Ayurveda experts, eminent doctors and researchers from across the world will come together in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The Chief Guests of the conference were Padma Shri Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha (Secretary, Ministry of Ayurveda, Government of India), Dr. B.S. Prasad, Ethics Committee Chairman Rakesh Sharma and MOA Advisor Manoj Nesari will be present. The symposium will be attended by many eminent personalities from the Ayurveda field and will provide a platform to the Indian Ayurveda system at the global level.
The AAPCON 2025 conference is being organized with the aim of strengthening the place of Ayurveda in contemporary healthcare. With the presence of more than 200 international Ayurveda experts at the conference, the event will provide an excellent platform for knowledge exchange, research discussions and professional networking.
Speaking about this, Dr. Nilesh Doshi, President, Association of Ayurvedic Practitioners Mumbai said that “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided an international platform to the Indian Ayurveda sector through the Ministry of AYUSH. Against this backdrop, the three-day conference will be based on key health areas and will include various sessions, workshops and panel discussions.
The first day of the conference will focus on liver and gall bladder disorders, endocrine system and Ayurvedic insurance mechanisms. The second day will focus on cardiovascular diseases, cancer and surgery, with special focus on Ayurvedic treatment for heart disease, hypertension and cancer. On the third day, advanced Ayurvedic techniques like Agnikarma, Raktmokshan, Ksharkarma, Marma Chikitsa and Nadi Pariyash will be highlighted.”
A special screening of the film “Samudra Manthan” dedicated to Lord Dhanvantri will be held at AAPCON 2025. Dhanvantri is the divine physician and a symbol of the heritage of Ayurveda. Meanwhile, a free health camp has been organized at Garden B opposite Taj Lands End for more information.
