Mumbai: Stepping into a new phase in his personal life, Randeep Hooda is also charting a fresh direction in his professional journey. After becoming a father, his perspective, priorities, and approach to work seem to have evolved—something that is clearly reflected in his choice of films.
Having recently wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film Eetha alongside Shraddha Kapoor, Randeep has wasted no time in moving on to his next project. This new film is a content-driven story inspired by real-life events, focusing on the critical and sensitive issue of misleading advertisements in society.
In the film, Randeep will be seen portraying a Haryanvi Jat, a character who exposes the harsh reality behind deceptive ads that impact the everyday lives of common people. Known for his intense and realistic performances, this role promises to bring out his signature depth and authenticity once again.
The first schedule of the film has already been completed, and the team is gearing up for the next phase of shooting. The second schedule is set to begin by the end of March in rural areas of Haryana, where real locations will add a raw and authentic texture to the narrative.
The project is being directed by Anjeet Bhatnagar and boasts a strong team that includes five National Award-winning members. Additionally, the backing of a prominent South Indian producer adds significant scale and strength to the film. Overall, this film is not just a story but an attempt to bring an important social truth to light—and Randeep Hooda, in his new avatar, is all set to leave audiences thinking.
